What we collect

cardmaxxing is a quiz that estimates credit card value based on services you use. Your quiz answers (services, spend bands, cards you own) are kept in your browser's current tab session so the quiz can work while you move between steps. They never leave your device unless you explicitly submit an email for a checklist or reminder.

If you request the checklist or reminders, we collect the email you enter for the sole purpose of sending you that content.

What we don't do

No advertising pixels or third-party trackers on this site today.
We don't sell your data.
We don't build a profile tied to your identity from your quiz answers.

If we ever add analytics or advertising pixels, they will only load after you accept the cookie banner, and this page will be updated first.

Cookies & local storage

Two things may be stored on your device:

Cookie cm_consent — records whether you accepted or rejected the cookie banner. Expires after 180 days.
sessionStorage cardmaxxing:quiz:v3 — your quiz answers for the current browser tab only. A fresh window starts clean.

To clear both: open your browser settings for this site and delete cookies + site data, or click "Change cookie preferences" below.

Email

Emails are used only to send the specific checklist or reminder you asked for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also request deletion at any time (see Contact below).
